At Galaxy Bags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your bag in its original packaging, ensuring all dust bags, tags, and protective plastics are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
